This Crinkle Bandage Production Line include prefolding machine, crinkle drying machine, folio folding machine, and rolling machine. It is suitable to produce medical crinkle bandage / Kerlix gauze bandage / Fluffy dried cotton gauze bandage.
Prefolding machine:
it is suitable to fold gauze roll width 90cm or 120cm to be 3ply and rewind, usually need 3sets of this machine. Motor and reducer; Inverter to adjust speed; air shaft for unwinding and rewinding; Pneumatic rolling with pressure; Length counter; Folding shaft with stainless steel; Stainless steel or hard chromium treatment on the surface of product channel to ensure no pollution; Max rolling diameter 80cm; Speed: 50-80m/min
2. Crinkle drying machine To process the 3ply gauze roll with water wash, crinkle, drying, and meet the product performance requirement. Drying adopts the mode of air return at both ends and air supply in the middle, and steam drying. Whole machine body is made of stainless steel; oven heat insulation treatment; aluminum alloy radiator; inverter to adjust speed, pneumatic pressure to dry; drying speed: 5m/min; crinkle speed: 50m/min; Teflon mesh belt, mesh belt width: 110cm, total can dry 3 lines. The speed is 150m/min according to the speed of crinkle, after crinkle out and pile up there to dry slowly. This machine has two kinds of layout:
if workshop is long enough but not high enough, it can adopt single layer type dryer, machine size 22x5x1.8m(LxWxH);
if workshop is high enough but length is not enough, it can adopt 3 layers type dryer, machine size 18x5x2.8m(LxWxH);
3. Folio folding machine To fold the 3ply crinkle gauze to be 6ply and form it, convenient for rolling step, made of stainless steel and aluminium alloy; speed of conveyor belt is adjustable(usually need 3sets for one line).
4. Rolling machine Full automatic control rolling; PLC control, servo motor or step motor to control rolling; Automatic count length and cut at requested length; All aluminium alloy machine frame; The product channel is made of stainless steel or steel parts with hard chrome surface treatment. Output: 3lines
