This production line is used to produce Z folding gauze products, the line include a gauze roll prefolding machine, zig zag gauze folding machine(automatic and semi automatic for options), and a pressing machine. Vacuum packing machine is optional.
The are two options: Options: 1. full automatic Z folding machine + pressing machine, Option 2: semi automatic Z folding machine with manual cutting + pressing machine.
Gauze width: made on request, such as 40cm, 50cm, 60cm, etc. Pressing size for gauze bandage: made on request. Output of Z folding machine: automatic machine: single line, Semi automatic machine with manual cutting: 2 lines, Output of pressing machine: 2 lines
