The winding and clamping method is reasonable. Karl Mayer uses a screw to drive a mobile trolley to achieve the tightness of the weaving shaft. However, the copper nut on the screw is prone to wear. We not only use a mobile trolley, but also use pneumatic clamping. For weaving shafts of the same size, pneumatic clamping can be used directly without using a mobile trolley to achieve the tightness of the weaving shaft.
The slurry tank reduction motor is installed horizontally, while Karl Mayer is installed vertically. The motor is located below the reduction gearbox. This structure will indirectly damage the motor and encoder when the oil seal in the gearbox wears out and all the gear oil flows into the motor.
