Application of sizing machine
1. Disc material: Aluminum alloy gravity casting, vertical CNC lathe processing, surface oxidation layer thickness of 0.015mm. Approximately weighs 60kg.
2. Material of shaft tube: Φ 325-14T seamless steel pipe, processed by CNC lathe, with a surface hard chromium layer thickness of 0.02mm.
3. Gear material: 250 ductile iron sand casting, surface paint.
4. Bulkhead material: The shaft head is S45C. The blind plate is welded and processed with 20mm steel plate.
5. Dynamic balance correction: Speed 600 rpm, less than 15g.
6. Delivery deadline: 30 days after placing the order.
7. Payment method: 30% deposit, 70% payment upon delivery. (Cash wire transfer)
8. The above prices including export packaging and container loading, but excluding shipping costs.
9. Assembled for shipment, with an estimated export packaging of 5 pieces and 1 pallet. A 40 foot container can hold 3 pallets(15 sets)
Requirements: The deviation of the disc should be less than 0.2mm, the runout of the tube shaft should be less than 0.25mm, and the assembly gap of the coil should not exceed 0.25mm.
Warranty period: The warranty period for normal use is 2 years. Any deformation, bending, or cracks caused by human factors such as collisions or falls are not covered by the warranty
