2. Single needle and Double needle stitching, using optical fiber to detect the edge of the towel, and the sewing machine automatically follows the edge of the towel.

 

3. Automatically adjust the feeding direction to center the towel.

 

4. Multiple sets of servo motor systems with fully synchronized technology, sewing, traction, and conveyor rollers are fully synchronized, and the towel sewing process has a smooth material surface (a unique technology of the company that other manufacturers do not possess).

 

5. The sewing machine and the traction feed roller are completely separated and pulled separately by two servo motors, so it is possible to set the sewing needle code freely, with simple settings and touch screen parameter settings (a unique technology of the company that other manufacturers do not have)

 

6. Left and right sewing system, using separate servo motors for traction, can easily adjust the synchronization of left and right sewing speed (touch screen parameter setting)

 

7. All traction, conveying, and discharging speeds of the equipment can automatically follow the sewing machine speed without the need for setting.

 

8. The folding length of the discharge towel can be set from 0-1.2 meters (touch screen parameter setting)
