Working Principle
After compressed air containing oil and impurities enters the filter, it first passes through the coarse filter layer to intercept large particles of impurities and oil droplets. Then, the air enters the fine filter layer and passes through special filter materials to further remove tiny solid particles and oil mist. Finally, through the action of adsorption materials such as activated carbon, the residual oil molecules and odor are adsorbed, so that the output compressed air reaches the high quality standard of oil-free and impurity-free.
High-efficiency filtration: using multiple layers of different filter materials, such as borosilicate fiber layer, glass fiber layer, etc., can 100% remove particles of 0.01μm and above, and the oil mist concentration is controlled at 0.01ppm/wt.
Structural design: reasonable structure, small size, light weight, with protective cover, plastic shell and aluminum alloy shell optional, easy to install and use.
Multi-stage purification: usually adopts three-stage segmented purification treatment, which prolongs the service life of the filter and ensures the filtering effect.
