FourSide Seal Surgical Latex Gloves Packaging Machine
This machine is used to pack medical dressing automatically, such as surgical latex gloves, gauze swab(gauze compress), medical wound dressing, cotton pad, etc., it can make different sizes by changing moulds.
Main features: 1. Mould will be made on customers' request of packaging. The speed of machine operating is <25 moulds/min, actual production speed is 12~15moulds/min. (The pouch numbers in each moulds is depend on pouch dimension) 2. Double production tracks, feed-in with conveyer belt automatically, feed-in chain and push board are made of polymer composite material, no pollution to products. Output adopt conveyer belt with function of instantaneous speed up. Both input and output frame are made of stainless steel. 3. Outer parts and the parts which contact with product are made of stainless steel, avoid pollution to product. 4. The machine adopts import grinding grade ball screw shaft, guide rail of transportation table adopts Taiwan ABBA gapless linear guide rail, ensure stable operating and precision of transporting. 5. Contains two sets of code printers; 6. With gas tank to ensure stable air pressure; 7. Roll take-out adopts tension control of magnetic powder brake, ensure uniform tension. 8. Adopt Taiwan made PLC touch screen control system, sealing table and cross cut adopt servo motor to tow; feeding and drive adopt step motor to transport, output motor is variable frequency speed regulation, 0~300 °Cconstant temperature control, track production accurately and ensure good products. PLC and other electronic parts can be changed with Siemens brand, but machine cost will be higher.
