The Baldor integrated compressor with air storage tank mainly adopts the working principle of screw compressor. It rotates in the casing through a pair of intermeshing screw rotors, so that the volume between the teeth changes continuously, thereby realizing the suction, compression and discharge of air. During the compression process, lubricating oil is injected into the compression chamber to play the role of lubrication, sealing and cooling. The compressed high-temperature and high-pressure air first enters the oil-gas separator to separate the oil and air, and then enters the air storage tank for storage after being cooled by the cooler.
